But if you ask me who I think is best, I would say myself.. Not to offend anyone at all, but this is not hard at all if you know to figure things. Im sure lots of people can.

It's about creation of a strain, cultivating the traits in your produced fish that are consistant with your intentions. This happens through crossing, re-crossing, adding genes and taking genes away. It takes a enourmous amount of dedication and patience. Look at Paint's post, he knows what I am talking about. He will tell you he is not really a breeder, he puts two fish together and looks for a good fish to keep, or give out the fries ( maybe he is even more important than a breeder in terms of expanding the hobby). He could be a great breeder, but I think the fun for him is elsewhere. I picked Simon, cause that guy put a sh!t load of work into his shinto dragon strain and continues to work on new strains. He has been cultivating that strain before I was even in the hobby..... I CAN'T WAIT to see your RTXMammon!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I had any room what-so-ever I would buy the first one that fades off of you paint moolamoney

Simon he's becoming one of the top breeder out here, but If I have to vote it would have to be DragonBall...Blue Dragon pearly Kamfa Is of the hook, but one or two fishes don't make him the top breeder in usa. im sorry For my bro. Vanz, I would have to say watch out...He have something under his sleeve and If it work there's no doubt in my mind he'll be one of the best if not the best. thumbs up As for you Troy, who said breeding Is easy? nonono If it soooo easy we shouldn't have to buy anymore Fh's from overseas now do we laughin rollin Man breeding takes time and whole lot of patience which I know you don't have smiliee But then agian I'll give you the benefit of a doubt...you might just turn out one of the best who knows i dont know All and all good luck to the breeder out there...keep up the good work, cuz the best is yet to come. This year, Tim and i are all about doing F1 crosses and next year we will be doing more inbreeding. I'm sticking with my plan on creating a super red fish with lightning pearls across a Lychee kok with wrapped fins but I will need to get lucky or continue to breed for another 10 years or so. I Think all the above breeders, especially Vanz deserves credit for doing research and building a strong relation with all the local members and OG's before spawning. I think selection of breeding stock is one of the main points that back yard breeders are missing. But sometimes, you have to cross two fish just to see what you get. I know that by crossing our Golden Kokster with a SRT will likely give us a lot of culls (gray bodies, long bodies, long mouth, mudd) but if we do get lucky, we might get the pearls of the SRT with the golden and kok of the male. I haven't seen what Bilbo has created lately but its got to be good if he's been hiding for this long. Hey Bilbo, lets see what you got thumbs up More power to all the breeders and FH enthusiast out there wow dancin

I lost Tim as a breeding partner because he broke his leg and needed to get out of the hobby for a while so I'm looking for a breeding partner that isn't too far from San Diego. Some of my projects have turned out really well. I will start posting soon but let me know if you want to work on some projects together. I mainly need help with growing out the fry. sit ups

I got the space and the few tanks i have, but none are setup or used.. just laying outside the house since i moved in the new house.. I'm currently running only 4 tanks.. 1-180 ( community tank), 1-125 ( smlxgm frys), 1-100 ( 1 female gm and 2 sml) and 10 gallon 12-13 (smlxgm frys).. which to me isnt much at all.. i got a space for all the tanks need to grow out.. but man financially Im not stable and cant handle the extra pressure of more electricity, food, gas, water bills.. not as of right now that is.. but when i can.. for sure the whole garage will be filled thumbs up
