Non. i think faded ones are hot in the market but will cease very fast because they do not attract too many people because they dont change colors and pearls like non faders just my opinion |

I like Fading fish as long as they meet the requirements of the fish of flowerfish's masterpiece super strong orangy / peach color and lots of pearls:) |

man this is a very hard one.. hate to get technical.. fading and non fading seems very broad to me.. for say.. fading with pearls?? non fading no pearls..?? im sorry to make it harder than it is.. its a very good poll.. good way to learn about the trend.. thinkingscratchingchin bam bam angel and devil i'm lost confused ok ok... i guess i would go with FADERZ!!! its more of challenge with them.. and best over, its like having different fish all the time smiliee my Plat was a fader.. and he wasnt bad.. so yeah REGIS .. FaderZ i will go with woohoo daance its a beautiful thing |

my criteria is this if it has the body, the kok, the fin, the face then you can fade but if you don't have anything else, dont' fade cuz I want you to have that pearl and flower because that is all I'm living off and you can't rob it from me. picking a fader from a bunch of frys, now that's the challenge |

I went with fading only because I have seen some incredibly strange patterns on some of them...sadly tho they eventually lose it but nonetheless its a beauty to behold if even for a moment! smiliee |

Its great to see people participating! The reason I ask is because the fading fish were really popular back a few years ago so I began breeding some of the faded fish. Our fish looks very similar to the ones that flowerfish were selling, almost like Faded KML but ours are Not faded KML's they just look very very similar to them. We created several batches that got really big heads and a fair amount of pearling, some even turned really red in the front or back half but our faded fish sold much much slower than the non-faded fish. A poll like this was posted several years ago and the winner was also the faded fish. I really like the faded fish such as the special Indo Kamfas and other Kamfas and faded SMLs because many of the faded fish have very even mouths, great fins, sometimes have very large heads and they sometimes have unique coloration. The only problem is that many of the faded fish also turn out very plain and common. Many of the super nice masterpiece faded fish are special crosses that show hybrid vigor and are very rare, thats why I personally like the non-faded fish more.
