(USA)	Rules and Regs of POTM One Lucky Winner will get the prize offered for that month's contest. Also, the winner will get the chance to change their member tittle to their preference (subject to Admin. Staff approval). 1) Photographic requirements can vary month to month. 2) No photo alterations of any kind allowed. Picture must be yours, the fish in it can belong to others. 3) Entry pictures need be sent to flowerhornrus@aol.com to be posted on the poll section for members to see. Member voting will start after photo submission due date as posted for each POTM. 4) Each POTM contest will last 30 days. First 15 days will be for photo submission; the next 15 days is for membership voting. 5) Total voting points will be calculated from Member's Poll (40% of total) and Judges (60% of total). Calculation will be done individually per entry, then all points will be tallied. POTM submission with most points wins. 6) Judges will vote through PMs to Admin. and can not vote on Member's Poll (double-voting). 7) Judges can not enter pictures on POTM they judge. 8) Only one winner, if a tie, we will do a tie breaker pic. Rules and Regs. may subject to change if necessary. The objective of POTM is to have fun interacting with your fish, learning another aspect of the hobby, competing, and having fun as a family. POTM Selection Guideline 1) Fish should be healthy and in top condition. 2) Distractions other than subject fish should be eliminated or kept to a minimum (other fish, date-time stamps, tank equipment etc.). 3) Fish photographed should be in focus. Out of focus background is ok (depth of field limits) as long as subject is in focus. 4) Fish blurry by movement should be avoided. 5) Framing should include the whole fish in a natural pose. To cut-off the rear of fish detracts from overall picture balance. 6) Tank should be clean (algae, watermarks, etc.), specially the glass you are photographing through. 7) Camera lens should be clean. 8) Photo quality should be good. Observe how whole picture is composed, should be in harmony and pleasant to the observers eyes. 9) Light balance should be natural, not overtly blue or red. 10) Flash and other reflections should be avoided.
	It takes 36 muscles to make a FROWN... But it ONLY takes ONE FISH to make a Smile!!!
