I appreciate your understanding of the whole situation. You also have my support despite the short coming of this very unfortunate and avoidable incidient. I have tried to find additional facts but havent had any luck and i would assume same in your case. But i think in many members' mind, we know what happen and again my whole post was intended to bring to light what was done wrong and to avoid future issues.

I am very bless for all the support!! But i sure feel bad, but there is nothing in the past that i could change.


Ive been thinking about the whole incident..tryin to trace everything form past to future..and what has happened...
going through the thread of the group buy over and over and also editing the foul languages...

I still could not figure out where and why the bucket comes to play. I could assure you I am on no one side. Nor could I accuse any of doing it, of now.. or maybe i will never. I have no hard facts to prove it. you could ck it yourself, for I will bring the thread back up for all to read..But I do think the only way to find out if it is shipped as Kory stated is to have investigation done with the UPS branch that the fish was sent out or picked..just needing some solid proof and facts.

I know the forum took a big hit and gained a BAD rep. A Huge open scar that will be with for a very long time.. but I'm not even worried bout that for scars heal as time goes by.. My main sadness is on those poor fish.. they had so much potential and was gonna go to a good home. They were very nice and even with money in the world still couldnt bring them back.. They are the real Casualties..

To my knowledge, the issue i see where it arrises from is .. from Kory's irresponsible behaviors. I was not sure what was holding him up. I did try to get a hold of him, through emails, pms and phone calls. At first what he told me he wanted to acclimate them for the first week, then he will ship the smaller ones..while waiting for boxes for the larger and then after, death in the family appeared, and thats when I really couldnt get a hold of him..and everything just turned sour from then... I am still currently waiting for a rbk and food to come to my end, I havent puffed yet.. been calmed.

All and all to me, Kory actions is very poor and unsufficient. Till now i couldnt understand why he couldnt take care of business in a timely manner or atleast update the members or atleast me. All i wanted was for him to take care of people as how he would want them to do to him... I know the first GB wasnt all that smooth on Kory side either but he did manage to get all the fish to their designee timely and all were accounted for..I thanked kory and everyone for that.. I would like to blame myself for the dead fish.. but Kory offered to be a transhipper since most of us would love to get our hands on some Masterpieces.


Well, I did contact 2 UPS's, they were given to me by the operator.. one i think was a privately owned in my area.. who state they dont accept live fish..so that was out of the question..

Then I contact the main number of UPS. I asked them if they were able to take in live fish shipped in a bucket. They did tell me that you could ship them in a five gallon bucket as long as the fish is safe and also no leaks. And also they read the procedure that is to be taken when shipping live fish. I feel if you feel you are TRUE to Yourself and Good to Others then you have NO SHAME. I know things happens.. but angers didnt have to flare into flames on the forum.. It could of worked out better..but we are all humans.. and I understand that sometimes emotions takes the best out of us. But all I ask is for all to treat each other with respect anc civil.

As of those dead fish, I am awaiting for Sonny to address me on what action to take. He is going to be away for a week. And lastly, I know eventhough I'm not at fault for the death of them, and shouldnt take money out of my own pocket... but if i have to pay every penny for it, I will. But bro Cheken, it has to be payments, for I am not even close to as rich as you. But I do know we gotta take care of you somehow for your loss. Please let me know if any, I am very sorry for all this.

I also believe that Teamwork needs to be involved too for:

Working together is success.
