that easy bro what you do with the wood is leave it in the water and let it soak in the a bucket for a few days and your water will be find hope that help you out more coral will not turn your water that yellow just keep doing water a
changes every week not each day and soon it will clear up just my 2 cent

thanks for the salt peter.... i finally got the ph down to 8.0... i don't think i need to buy driftwood anymore....
salt was probably the main thing you were missing.. btw what kind of filter are you running?

ph8.0 still consider high. U need to lower it a bit more. water condition always the main factor to cause your fish not comfortable.

Hi Thomas,
the PH down which i give to you ,just for temporary bring your PH down only, If you want to staple your PH, you should use Crushed Coral or driftwood.
