Its doing better now thanks to metro and with low water temperature.. Metro its a good antibiotic because it works well with HITH (Hole in the head) and could be use almost for any treatment of disease which in this case is duck lips. What he could use beside Metro would be some nice aquarium salt and with low temperate water around 80F or so. Low temperature slows down the infection which gives you more tiime to cure the fish. You don't want to keep it too low though. And yeah this guys/girl is one crazy dude, but i have to give to him/her for caring a lot about his/her fish. On a more serious note ... if your fish is suffering from flex infection, please do read what has been written on that nasty bug in other threads from before. That should help out a lot.
