Zygotes Posts: 7 Group: Members Member #9,145 Joined: March 29, 2008	Hi! I need help on how to pair my FH. I am new to breeding and I am just learning. I don't have a divider so my female belongs to a different tank. I introduced the female by putting it in my male FH's tank and they hurt each other after 30 mins of courtship so I decided to seperate them. Any advice on how to pair the male and female? 5" Juvies Posts: 561 Group: Team RUS Member #7,368 Joined: January 21, 2008	you want to get a clear divider or an eggcrate divider. let them get accustom to each other for awhile. let them live side by side this for a week or two. then you can try removing the divider and watch them. it is normal for the male to nip and bite the female a bit. they may lip lock at first but they will get over it. if the fighting continues divide them up again. some females and males are just picky and incompatible with eachother. best of luck to you. breeding is always a exciting thing for a hobbyist
