Looks good... I have been having great results from GS with my FHs. They readily accept it & you do not need to feed much because the pellets are fairly dense.

Yeah sometimes parrots can spook the FH... hey watch out on the Danios as well aquanut... I thought they would be good until they spooked one of my FH like a parrot can. Funny when you see a spooked parrot... dang those little fat bastards can move when they want to!

Instead of just another single fish or a group of active schooling fish to help calm your FH, I recommend small tough cichlids like small convict cichlids, Sajecas, Salvini, those types. Place at least 3 in a tank with a spooked FH & soon the FH will get food/territory back in its interest and act normal again.

Lights turning frequently on & off in a room can spook FH as well as high traffic areas & brightly colored decor, brightly colored substrate, reflections coming in from windows, over stressed from moving from tank to tank, shipping stress, tank set low to the floor, pets like dog & cat movements... I can go on & on about different sources that stress or spook a FH from my experience!

Oh, when I receive a new FH that is spooked sometimes I would use small plastic cages (used for reptiles/hermit crabs) and placed small Texas cichlids, convicts, small FHs in them... then I would place that in the tank. This excites the "new" FH & helps it adjust to get back to normal and it keeps both fish from hurting each other. More humane that way.
